Eligibility Requirements

Eligible applicants include U.S. institutions of higher education, independent non-profit research organizations, and for-profit organizations (such as small businesses) that are managing or contributing to an open-source project.

Principal Investigators from U.S. universities, colleges, and non-profits, as well as private sector organizations with active, viable open-source projects.
