FundScout provides funding research, educational resources, application support, and writing assistance. We do not guarantee grant, scholarship, loan, or funding approval. Final eligibility, deadlines, and award decisions are determined solely by each funding organization.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of documents and content you upload. You grant FundScout a limited license to process your content to provide our services, including proposal reviews and writing assistance.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use FundScout to submit fraudulent applications, misrepresent your eligibility, or violate any funding organization's rules.
7. Limitation of Liability
FundScout is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any outcomes related to funding applications, including denial of funding or missed deadlines.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of FundScout after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
